Feeding - Your pet will receive high quality dry feed twice daily. We will be feeding Hills brand dry feed. If your pet Requires a specific Diet then you will need to provide their food for the duration of their stay and supply a detailed feeding routine. Please specify this upon booking.

Vaccinations - Dogs will require a C5 Vaccination and Cats will require a F3 Vaccination. It is recommended that they receive this at least 4 weeks prior to boarding. Vaccination certificate must be provided at and be sighted at least 1 week prior to staying. All pets must be fully treated and covered for fleas, worms and ticks.

 

Medications - Pets that require medications whilst at alpha lodge will need to notify staff upon booking and Pet owner will need to wittiness and sign the requirements for medications consent form. Medications will need to be in original packaging from the vet and need to be labelled correctly.

Personal Belongings - Alpha lodge will provide all that is required for your pet to be happy and safe whilst staying but you are more then welcome to bring your own. All we ask is that anything that you do bring along is that it is labelled and that it is clean. Alpha lodge holds no responsibility for loss or damages whilst staying.
